Due to an overbooking per Booking.com, the franchisee went well, well, well above and beyond to ensure that I had a place to stay that night. It was by far the kindest thing that has ever happened to me. 98% of places would tell you to move on. This was not the case here, and I cannot thank the individual enough for what she did. This place is an absolute gem, and I am so very thankful after a long day of traveling.

OK for a one or two night stay, parking available. We had top floor room which overlooked golf course to rear and was not too noisy at night. Small room, bit dated and very small bathroom but OK for quick visit. Couple basic shops and bars within 5 min walk. The lower rooms face the I5 and so are noisy on balcony but you can catch some sun and view the sunset if you can stand the noise. Possible to have noise from above on lower floors also.

The staff was super kind, I forgot some packages there during my stay and they were very helpful in sending them back to me. The room was huge and very complete with a desk. It's close to the beach and to other cities where it is more expensive to stay like Dana Point or Laguna Beach. San Clemente has a beautiful beach too for surfing.

Good location. Friendly and helpful manager. We were given a nice ocean view room. Convenient parking garage. Good TV channel selection.
