Tobyn “Lovely mountain views and an excellent swimming pool”

The house is a traditional Italian country retreat. Slightly old fashioned but very roomy and full of character. It has an amazing and good-sized private infinity swimming pool with really beautiful views over the Arno valley and of the Pratomagno hills. Lots of space in the house which had three bedrooms, and a separate outbuilding with a double bed and its own bathroom which our teenagers appreciated. Microwave, dishwasher washing machine were all fine. The kitchen had a full complement of cooking equipment which was fine although a little dated. 5 min walk to the medieval village which had a small bar that opened at night time, and a van from which you could buy fresh bread 5x a week. 15 min drive from Loro Ciuffenna which has a small supermarket or 30 min from Montevarchi which has bigger shops. There were several trails leading from the village which were good for walking and hilly running. The owner was very pleasant and willing to help, he was there to greet us and was always available via WhatsApp.
