Charlotte “Wonderful service, gorgeous place but no working WiFi”

You simply cannot fault the staff - absolutely 5 star service there. From the moment I got out the taxi they opened the car door from me and offered me a glass of champagne, really nice touch. The surroundings and decor are gorgeous. The staff in the spa were exceptionally good - highly highly recommend a visit there and they provide excellent treatments too (this is coming from a trained massage therapist myself). The bed was comfy, location was fab, pool was gorgeous too. Really liked the food also.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The place is beautifully designed – very aesthetic and stylish, creating a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere from the moment you arrive. The staff at the beach club was absolutely amazing – attentive, friendly, and always willing to help with a smile. The valet parking was also excellent – smooth, efficient, and hassle-free, which made the whole experience even more convenient.

Pools lovely, friendly staff, good bar and vibe with Pool DJ. Daniel at the pool was excellent! Breakfast great. Shop nice too and everyone generally very friendly and helpful
