The staff were very helpful. The room we were given initially smelt damp and musty so we asked for another room and was moved straight away to a larger room which also had a large fridge/freezer in it. Ideal for us on a road trip and keeping our drinks cold. The hotel was busy as there was a concert on at the Frost Centre so lots of people were staying there as it was a convenient location for the concert venue. Although it was busy there was sufficient room in the car park.

The front desk people were fantastic. I really enjoyed visiting with Walter who was busy working and don't his job making sure everything was done and clean, but still took time to visit with you and see to it that any of our personal needs were met.

Complimentary breakfast which is always a nice bonus. The rooms are spacious and clean. Staff were really friendly. Vending machines in the lobby are useful.

I loved the welcome I received upon arrival. I loved seeing the staff engaged and their friendliness! I loved the smell of cleanliness. I also felt safe! Shital and Walter are the best. Really, ALL are the best. I just didn't grab everyone's names. My stay was delightful and I plan to stay here again-- as long as Shital & Walter and the staff are here!!
