This was a really nice hotel , really close to the amtrak station (which we wanted) and around a 15 minutes walk into San Antonio downtown. It's on a busy road but our room was very quiet. Although they didn't supply free bottled water (which many hotels do) they had an ice machine on the floor. The lobby was really airy and nicely decorated in cool colours and interesting pictures, and the staff were efficient and friendly. Our room was very large and comfy and well decorated too with good facilities and a big, modern bathroom. We didn't have breakfast there but there is a Denny's very close by which we went to. A really good, well managed hotel which I would certainly recommend.

The room is huge, and there is parking next to it for 5 USD per day. It’s located a 20-minute walk from the center.

Location was good, near the riverwalk, near the convention center, beds were quite comfortable, rooms are big, shower was really nice and overall was good money value.

Good location close to San Antonio Riverwalk and Hyatt for conference venue. Value for money compared to other hotels in area. Comfortable bed and pillows. Some lovely staff
