Lovely hotel but reception staff very very slow. Leave you stood there for ages which isn’t necessary apart from that the hotel is amazing and great value for money

Staff all v. pleasant. The swimming pool on the roof was open yay with very reasonable café. Open daily, even in mid April (may not always be, depends on weather and bookings, I expect) Pool cool, clean and mostly empty of people! Plenty of loungers. Sea views through glass walls. Fridge, microwave, hob in room, with all the washing up stuff provided. Plenty of hot water and overhead and hand held shower. Shower gel, shampoo, hand soap provided. Heater plus aircon in room with timer. Room cool at night on shady side of hotel, so needed the blankets provided. 2 lifts, always working. 4 Steps to lifts from reception though. Balcony small but comfortable. A huge choice of restaurants in easy walking distance, especially Es Clot and neighbours inc gelato shop. Lidl 5min walk up the road. Fab wee supermarket just out the door and round the corner. Prices similar to UK, maybe slightly cheaper especially for beer. You can buy all holiday and toiletry needs for the same price as UK locally. (Also some highly dodgy tat merch aimed at hen parties 😂) Loads of boats and jetski hire places, we did a great rib trip to "Atlantis" 3h with stops for swimming. That's 89E but in season there is water taxis cheaper. Safe in room. Luggage store for check in check out. No extra charges. Laundry machines 5E token each for washing and drying. Great off season break for snowy-tops like us. Because it was Easter, the local events were on, low key and good natured. Beach 5min walk and life guards on duty. Sandy, bit of dry seaweed but really well tended space. Long flat promenade for walks and cycles and scooters. Buses to Ibiza town and another seaside village, also to and from Amnesia etc (night buses in season). Most clubs closed in April. Less than 2E for a bus ride. Clean, efficient buses with phone charging points that work.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. The apartment was spotless and comfy.
