It was clean. Large taras, nice and clean pool. A big plus for the ability to do washing and drying. Availability of dishwashing detergents, washing machine and fridge. All pots, glasses, cutlery are new.

Excellent location for families - Small fishing town, a supermarket, restaurants, cafes and a great beach. Flavia was great communicating our arrival details the day before and of our arrival, via telephone, whatsapp and emails. Any questions we had were answered immediately, friendly and professionally. Upon arrival we met Lucia who was super friendly, professional, great with our children and she was available to make sure we had everything we needed. The building/parking is in very good condition, the pool is warm, Sampieri is a charming town and the views from the balcony/terrace are exceptional. Other pizzerias/supermarkets are only 5-10 minutes away and there are so many other local things to do, which we did, including Scicli, Donnalucata and the cioccolato in Modica. Grazie Flavia e Lucia
