Everything was great, from the staff to the cleanliness and the overall location was central to everything in Samoens. The spa facilities were excellent!

This place is 10/10. From the moment I entered the reception there was an amazing smell of the place which was very pleasant. Receptionist was extremely kind (Anne-Sophie was her name). Place was very clean, well maintained and amazing location. It is very obvious that the manager of this hotel is doing an excellent job, you could sense that from hotel staff and the level of facilities.

The hotel exceeded our expectations, the staff were so friendly and helpful with all of our requests - booking/recommending restaurants, room requests. Our rooms were together and a really good size, lots of storage and a balcony. They had an excellent system for our rooms together (I don't know if this is the same for all rooms) - there is one door which leads to a hallway and then the two rooms are either side of the hallway. We were then able to lock the main door and have the two bedroom doors unlocked. The facilities were really good - pool, hot tub, gym (good but not excellent), communal areas, car park. The hotel is right in the village so it's easy to go out. We really enjoyed our 3 nights there.

We stayed in the family room with a kitchen, that was really good. The location is great, the facilities are great, pool, gym, saunas, cold plunge, spa and a sensory shower, so cool!!
