Great hotel located in a beautiful part of the city. Centrally located and within walking distance of major monuments. Very well trained staff and they are fluent in English. The room was great and the toilets were sparkling. They have a room to leave the luggage in case one's travel plan and the checkout time does not match. In all, its a very good hotel.

The hotel is new with a strong sense of traditional Uzbek architecture. We stayed in a studio apartment which was spacious and quiet. It’s a very short walk to the local bazaar, and a longer, but very doable, walk into the historic town. There’s a friendly, small minimart across the road. Probably the best part of our stay was the hospitality of the owners. Young Fadhr (sp.?) is a gem - each day as we returned from our expeditions into the Old Quarter he would bring us tea to refresh ourselves. The tea was served in an Uzbek style teapot and brightly coloured cups. Small nibbles rested beside this on the tray. Of course, big and luxurious high end hotels can’t match this! All in all, a wonderful experience which is etched in my memory.

My stay at Zarafshon Parkside Hotel was truly mind-blowing from start to finish. The room was absolutely beautiful - stylish, spacious, and immaculately clean. Every detail felt thoughtfully considered, and it instantly felt like a peaceful little sanctuary after a day of exploring. But what really sets this hotel apart is the staff. They were exceptional - always warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and their politeness and professionalism made the entire experience seamless. The most unforgettable moment? It was my birthday during my stay, and without me even mentioning it, they surprised me with a birthday cake at breakfast. I was completely caught off guard. It was such a thoughtful gesture and meant more than I can explain. It’s little things like this that elevate service from great to extraordinary. I would return in a heartbeat — a flawless stay and memories I’ll always cherish. 💛
