Staff was going out of their way to welcome you in their hotel. Check-in was fast and easy with a friendly smile by Ms Laylo. She explained the different go-to places around the hotel and was always helpful whe we had a question.

Everything was great! We got a free upgrade to a junior suite, were allowed early check-in, and the room was super clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the food at the restaurant was really tasty.
