This hotel exceeded my expectations. After a negative experience with another hotel in Samarkand I booked this hotel last minute and checked in on the same day. This hotel is shown as 3-stars but honestly should be 4 stars. The staff were kind enough to upgrade me for free to a deluxe room and after the poor conditions of the first hotel this was such a life saver and positive experience. The room was spacious and clean and amenities were perfect. Breakfast was also amazing. Staff were so polite and professional. The location is also great and there are plenty of restaurants in the surrounding area. Would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is very nice . I recommend to everyone who is going to visit Samarkand. Because the staff are very nice , friendly , professional and polite. Rooms are very clean and comfortable, are full with European style. This hotel is worth to live for your travel in Samarkand !
