Such a welcoming environment! The staff was really nice and always greeted with a smile. Every morning, breakfast was freshly prepared and excellent. I especially enjoyed the tranquil garden, which added to the overall experience.

The staff is top notch - very helpful and considerate. The location is excellent - about 5 mins from Gur Emir and 15 mins from Registan. Warning for others - ten hotel has no lifts so you have the use the stairs for everything Good WiFi

I was delighted to hear that all of the rooms here are smoke-free because I don't smoke. Being able to unwind and breathe easily in my room without having to worry about smoke was wonderful. The team was also incredibly kind and helpful.

The location of this place is great for touring the city. All of the main sights were within walking distance, and I returned to unwind in the lovely garden. After a long day of sightseeing, it was a wonderful way to relax.

Such a lovely family-run boutique hotel in the best location. It felt like we were staying with family in Samarkand. The staff were excellent and the room overlooking the Gur Amir was the icing on the cake.
