Clean and confortable room, really good breakfast. Location is great, walking distance to most touristic spots but in a quiet neighborhood. Plenty of shops and restaurants as well. The staff is great, helpful and accommodating

Breakfast was more than my expectations. It had their traditional foods different from the typical English style breakfast but delicious with all types of flavored teas. Great! The location of the restaurant was great too. Quiet and spacious too.

Everything was excellent — the hotel is clean, the breakfast was good, and it is situated near many good eating restaurants. The location is very convenient, close to the train station and main attractions. The staff can speak English and were extremely helpful. The hotel also arranged transport transfer for us. When I accidentally missed my train and forgot to inform them, the management still took the initiative to text me and waited to ensure that my family and I arrived safely. Truly heartfelt service. We will definitely return.
