Our stay in Samarkand was extremely pleasant thanks to the kindness of our host! He accomodated our needs from the very first night when we arrived and for our breakfast preferences. He also provided a laundry service and gave us really good recommendations about places to visit and activities to do in and around Samarkand. The rooms were furnished in a traditional style and were squeaky clean, the location of the guesthouse is in a good neighbourhood close to the center, ideal to reach all major sightseeing points.

Lovely guest house with very welcoming family. Excellent fresh breakfast every morning and we were offered watermelon when we returned from seeing the sights of Samarqand in the afternoon. When we departed the host organised a yandex taxi (very good value) for us and gave us a little gift to remember our stay by.

Great location within walking distance of the city center including Registan. Comfortable beds, spacious rooms. The owner (?) is extremely nice and will help no matter what - no English but Google Translate is more than enough.
