Excellent location literally 2 mins outside Amir Temur mausoleum and where the walking tour guides meet especially if doing walking tour. Registan square is also 10 mins walk. Quiet and tucked in alley and family run so nice experience of how locals live. Homemade breakfast and good options. Breakfast downstairs in veranda on traditional furniture, very comfy and good authentic feel . Perfect for 2 days and cant believe the exceptional location

Beautiful location, friendly staff and spacious room! The hotel has a beautiful patio and it’s run by a family.. and this makes you feel very welcomed!

I liked absolutely everything about the hotel. The hosts are extremely nice, very caring and helpful. They treat you like a family member. I really emjoyed staying there and I highly recommend the hotel. Located very close to historical sites, clean, comfortable and very beautiful!

The hosts are so nice and welcoming, the room view was stunning as we could see the Mausoleum of Timur, the position of the hotel is perfect (Registan Square is 15 mins walking distance).
