The location is fabulous: 5' walking to Rajestan. Very quiet family guest house. The room with its bathroom is basic, and the beds are ok. The quality corresponds perfectly to the price. We communicate with the son by phone in English, and he translates to the person concerned. Father, oncle, and the employee were so nice to us (google trad helps a lot), trying all their best to help us. They prepared nice breakfast. We were very happy to share several days with this family. They always find a solution to help us (we had a problem with the bathroom, in the evening it was fixed). A great experience, I keep a warm souvenir from them.

Nice garden. They also offer the possibility to do the laundry (for a small price). The room was warm (no need for heating).

The only upside of this place is its great location—it’s close to Registan Square in Samarkand’s old town, making it super convenient to explore the historic site on foot. However, the downsides are hard to ignore. It’s a standard family inn with very outdated facilities, and the price is surprisingly high for what it offers. The breakfast was just "okay"—nothing special to make up for the other flaws. Overall, I wouldn’t really recommend staying here. There are likely better value options nearby for a more comfortable trip.

Clean rooms, accommodating host. Breakfast was decent including bread, omelette, and fresh cut fruit, though the packaged muffins may have been expired. Our room faced the courtyard but it was completely quiet. The location is conveniently close to the Registan Complex and other tourism sites.
