The location is awesome! Literally two minutes from the Registan. Staff was nice, spoke English and breakfast was plenty.

The area is near Registan square. You can do a 7-8 minute-walk going to the Registan square. In terms of facilities, the room is spacious and quiet, despite being near the road. Uncle Furkat was really hospitable and even prepared a pocket breakfast for me when I checked out early in the morning.

Genuinely authentic experience staying in a typical old-time Uzbek compound with outside stairs, internal balconies, nice large patio. Very helpful and supportive staff, ready to serve any non-standard request. Good location near one of the biggest historical sites (visible from the top floor), easy and cheap to travel around the city to every other location.
