The host was very friendly. The breakfast rich and abundant. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Homy environment. It is located 10-15 minutes walk from the main tourist attractions.

Everything was great - the owner really looks after the hosts ans the place - the guesthouse is peaceful , modern and clean, we had a great time there, we will come back:)

The room and bathroom were clean and the neighbourhood (ca 20 min on foot from both Registan and the Amur Timur Mausoleum) quiet. The owner did not speak any English but we worked everything out with my basic Russian and google translate. The breakfast was simple but sufficient to start the day (since I had to leave early in the morning on my last day, the owner left me bread and cheese/cold cut) in the fridge to take with me.
