In one word? Fabulous. The front desk manager immediately upgraded us to a suite when he realised it was our honeymoon. But they still let us choose our room (between the superior room we had booked and the suite they were upgrading us to). The room, the linens, the bathroom fittings, the Google TV, the fantastic breakfast - they were all worthy of a 5 star hotel. This place is such a gem and we'll be recommending it to everyone who visits Samarkand. Absolutely wonderful. Ooh and they also arranged for a complementary drop to the station so that we wouldn't miss our train to Bukhara. ❤️✨🥹

A very comfortable property with good quality breakfast and dining options. The rooms are very clean, the staff are very attentive to custom needs and the overall dining experience was great. In my previous visits to this beautiful city, I have stayed at some international brands but I would highly recommend this property to visitors to Samarkand.

Very young with almost no experience experienced staff at the restaurant and morning breakfast. Order are coming late and way different from the pictures on the web, not all the cart available, should always read carefully the bill, service charge 15%%%
