- Facility is new and kept clean. - Breakfast buffet is great, there are various choice of cuisine including porridge, egg, vegetables, bread, and more. It's nice to start a day with delicious breakfast. What surprised me is a wide selection of tea and fruit tea. I tasted all kinds and refreshed. - Response from the reception over the message on Booking.com is QUICK both before and during the stay. - English availability of staffs are higher than "average" in Uzbekistan, so helpful degree. But it's better to confirm in detail if you are sensitive or asking irregular thing, as I experienced a miscommunication during the stay for one of room services. Excuse me that one of the staffs seem to call my room for my message when I was taking a shower. - Double room is spacious enough. As for room amenity, tea selection is nice, and tissue paper helped me well - it's not common at hotels in CIS nations. - There are shopping mall nearby. - Access to and from Samarkand railway station is convenient by Bus No.3 which arrives at the bus stop within 2 mins from the hotel.
