Staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. A very comfortable and clean room with some quirky decor. The 'simple' breakfast was more than adequate. The hotel is mid-way between the railway station and the tourist center of the town, which suited us. Very close to the river and Mirabell Palace.

The location of this hotel is super, within walking distance to Mirabell gardens and the main train station, and close to really nice eateries. There is also parking on the street outside for dropping luggage off and is just around the corner from a bus stop. It's also a quiet area both during the day and during the night. The hotel staff is quick to reply to messages and they gave us a leaflet full of recommendations on where to eat, some of which we tried and they were great. There is also a nice lounge area in the lobby for relaxing and you can borrow big umbrellas when it's raining. The room was quite big with large windows plenty of places to sit/leave your things.

The hotel was well-located for the main station, bus routes and most coach trip starting points. Staff were very friendly and the hotel was clean. The room was generally well-equipped with a decent shower.

room was big and beautiful, great with continental breakfast. We were given good advise on lunch at the reception. The lady at the reception was very friendly and we felt very welcome
