Very cozy location, close to a gas station with shop that runs open a little late if you need to buy some food/drinks. Working AC which was welcome in warm Wien weather, friendly staff. Bus stop nearby for easy transport to old city/center.

Very good breakfast. Friendly and helpful receptionist (Sandra). Climatic restaurant with good regional food. Free parking available.
