Location and comfy mattress in the front bedroom. The Kitchen well equipped and great cooker. Can't complain about the cleanliness of the kitchen.

Spotlessly clean. Quiet location but with everything you need within 15 minutes by car. Plenty of off-road parking. Efficient heating. Range cooker and dishwasher welcome bonuses. Ample beds for a family- I think sleeping 9 might be a bit of a stretch. Overall basic needs met, as expected for price-point.
