Was lovely and clean and was very nice and comfortable, nice to have some milk in the fridge on arrival so we could have a cup of tea after a long journey and great Communication with the owner. Definitely would stay here again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️

I have to say this is such an excellent property. Perfect location right next to bus stop, we got here early parked up outside and took the bus into Brighton, when we got back we collected the keys. I cannot fault this place at all it is perfect and we will be staying again. Added bonus is the kitchen, fully stocked everything you need and such a nice feeling to bake my own pain au chocolates in the morning with a fresh cup of tea :-) Host lives next door but you wouldn't know anyone was there, was really nice to bump into host and tell them how amazing this place is as we were leaving otherwise your left to relax with no interruptions.
