The hotel location is perfect. Right on the main Plaza San Martin, where there’s always lots happening. The hotel has retained some nice features from when it first opened, such as the trellis gated lifts, (which you have to open and close yourself). The air conditioning in the room worked very well and was super quiet. The breakfast was exceptional with a huge variety catering even to those with dietary needs. The chef prepared fresh fruit salad daily and constantly passed around the buffet, making sure there was a good selection available. The reception staff kindly allowed me to check in early without any additional charge which was very welcome after a 22 hour bus journey. They also got to recognise me very quickly which was very nice and made me feel very welcome.

The hotel has a perfect location on the main square in the center of events. We were a bit afraid of the street noise during the night, but our room was perfectly quiet. The hotel has a good parking garage next to the hotel. Breakfast was very good, rich with a wide selection. The best what we liked was a piano on the second floor where you can play.
