Overall good experience, however, in our opinion, the hotel has a bit of an outdated appearance, in particular compared to other hotels in the neighborhood.

It’s on an excellent downtown location with a great entrance lobby and good staff welcome. The rooms are spacious and comfortable.

Nice big room, with a sofa and a great bathroom/shower. A pretty good location in downtown SLC - particularly if you're on a business trip. Check-in/out was super easy and smooth. Had a good one-night stay.

The staff!! I can’t say enough about them from the servers to the concierges to the valets. They all were so customer focused and happy in their jobs.
