Just back from h10 Mediterranean village. Staff very friendly especially John Joe& Judith,we had booked a hotel room not realising how confined that is with a 17month old and travel cot,but Judith true to her word organised us an apartment upgrade the day after we arrived which was a godsend. Entertainment staff were fantastic our little one loved the mini disco and meeting her new idol daisy every night. The food varied most days,there was always something to try for every taste. Shop on site for those essentials and the pizzeria was brilliant aswell. We used all the facilities and found the hotel to suit what we needed for our holiday.

Staff super friendly, multiple pools to choose from, price of drinks at the hotel bar was reasonable, Italian restaurant within the hotel was exceptional! Toiletries in the room were a lovely touch and the place was very clean. Hotel is perfect if you have children.

The staff here were amazing , from the time we walked through the doors , staff were so helpful and friendly . The entertainment staff were so energetic & enthusiastic with the kids . The pools are amazing also 😃 It’s such a safe place for a family holiday .
