The owner met us on site , very helpful . Gave us plenty of hints and tips about the property and surrounding area . Personal thermal plunge pool outside room was a relaxing touch.

We stayed at Destino for one night and really liked it! The place is surrounded by nature, and on a clear, sunny day, you can see three volcanoes. One of the coolest features of the rooms is that one of the walls is made of natural rock, giving you the feeling of being in a cave - yet everything is modern and well-built. The hosts were very welcoming too. Liz sent us lots of great recommendations for things to do in the area. You can also enjoy an outdoor bath with hot thermal water that comes straight from the ground. The highlight of the property is the cold river, which you can reach within a few minutes. In the Costa Rican heat, swimming in that fresh, flowing water was absolutely amazing. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking to immerse themselves in nature and quiet, while still staying in a comfortable and thoughtfully designed house.

The location is beautiful and being developed in a way that is respectful to the natural environment. The property is large, which allows for a diversity of activities. We hiked to the river, a most peaceful experience. The view from our room was spectacular.

The most amazing view of the volcanos and valleys surrounding the hotel. The bed was comfortable and the apartment was nice
