Just wanted one night in Salisbury close to a restaurant we were visiting. The Pear Tree Serviced apartment was ideal as it was 5 mins walk to our destination. The pre arrival instructions were really clear and we went to reception to collect our key, and were met by a friendly staff member, who gave us the electronic key cards and directed us to the apartment. Nicely appointed with sitting room and kitchen on entry, with the bedroom and bathroom off to the left. Good wifi, plus 2 flat screen TV's. One in the sitting room and one in the bedroom. A nice touch was that there is coffee, tea and milk available in the apartment and a continental breakfast was on the table ready for the following morning. A highly recommended booking if you are staying overnight in Salisbury.

Lovely apartment, has everything you need for a family stay. Including some kitchen essentials, breakfast for the first morning, and plenty of towels etc. Great to have a separate bedroom for the kids and some games and art supplies provided for common use. Walking distance to central Salisbury.

Amazingly clean, opened the fridge and there was milk and yoghurts , breakfast supplies on the table, heating was on, treats for the dog. Absolutely brilliant

I am so glad I chose to stay here for visiting Salisbury. The apartment was spotless clean, equipped with everything one needs (even olive oil and spices in the kitchen!), super comfy bed and as quiet as can be. Great location right by the train station and a very short walk to the city centre. Very friendly and accommodating staff.

I loved my stay here. The staff were really helpful. The apartments were great and I loved the useful book of information. The laundry facilities were brilliant.
