Very clean, quick acting owner (lightly damaged equipement was repaired within just half a day) with very kind direct contact, nice chill area around the little pool with coffee and biscuits, baby bed available

We loved the apartment (modern with beautiful decorations and free toiletries) as well as the owner Vanessa -- though we never saw her in person, it felt like she was always ready to answer all our questions and help with everything. The automatic check-in is also a great idea because you don't have to stress in case you arrive later than expected. Everything is clear and straightforward. Every day of your stay you will receive breakfast coupons to use at a nearby cafe' and you are entitled to a coffee plus another drink, such as a glass of juice or a bottle of water, and a croissant of your choice. We tried both Tiffany and Benaco Caffé and we thought that Tiffany was better (though further away) because it felt like there was more of a choice. All in all, everything was great!
