The property is located 1 floor above where the lift stops, and so there is 1 flight of stairs to climb.The hot tub on the terrace has an extra costs of EUR 50 per day and needs to be booked in advance. It is closed from 01 October to 31 March.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. The apartment is even better looking and bigger than in photos. Equipped with everything one could need, even the shower on the roof terrace. Beautiful garden with flowers and herbs on the terrace. Location is in the hearth of the historic centar but the building is new, so dry and well built. Apartment is on the 8 th floor ,lift provided up to the 7 th floor. A few steps from the vuilding is also the beach, so one could not find better place. There are many cosy little restaurant around the building. All in all excellent.

The host communication was excellent. The apartment was well equipped, ignore older reviews that say cooking is limited, it is not, you have everything to cook a full meal. The apartment has a great view, terrace, and is in a great old town location. It has very good heating for winter, and I assume also AC in summer. The daily cleaning was a bonus.

The sunset view from the balcony here is just amazing - so beautiful. The apartment is modern, bright and clean and even in winter the balcony was a great spot to hang out. Very easy access for strolling into the main centre.
