The location is excellent, right on a major shopping street. Easy to find from the train station. Gabriella is very helpful to us with our flight delayed by 4 hours. We had to take the train from Rome to Salerno (almost 3 hours train ride). However, all italy trains are on strike on Oct 3 (the date we arrive). We have no way of getting to Salerno. After tried the bus (also cancelled). We didn't make it to Salerno that night. Gabriella communicated with us the whole time to advise us about different modes of transportation. She was willing to wait us till midnight that day for checkin. However, we never made it Salerno on Oct 3, We ended up stop overnight in Naples as there was no vacancy in Salerno. It was so stressful for us, but Gabriella was always there to answer my text. This made a bit better for our whole stay. Thank you very much..

Clean facilities, large comfortable bed in spacious room with separate bathroom. Very generous breakfast set up in breakfast room with variety of food options. Great, safe location, quick walk to Salerno station and in the middle of pedestrian zone. Clear instructions to get to the property then to the room. Host was available for any questions and provided suggestions for dining and luggage storage after check out.

Clean modern accommodation in a central location close to the station. Clear instructions how to find and access the property which was located in a complex of flats, but felt secure.

Location in the city centre convenient close to train station and port. Apartman was clean. Host Gabriella was very helpful - We could store the luggages in the morning and next day had breakfast early morning in the cafeteria. Thank you!
