EVERYTHING.the staff were welcoming and friendly. The hotel is right on water so pay extra to book room with ocean view. It is well worth it. The view from balcony at night was amazing. To wake up with sound of waves then have a fantastic breakfast on the terrace was the icing on cake. Food was pretty good and coffee was the best I have had in a hotel yet. Rooms are nautical themed and large. Bed very comfy. Very nice experience. We were sorry to leave.. highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel has a very high standard of hygiene, both in the general area and most importantly and rooms. Beautiful location with a sea view for breakfast and the afternoon drinks at the bar. Staff is amazingly nice, welcoming and goes beyond duty to accommodate your needs.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Location was great - great views, on main bus routes, close to beach. Room was well appointed, clean, plenty of space, comfortable bed and quiet. Breakfast was good with plenty choice and helpful staff.

The staff without exception were friendly helpful and genuinely wanted to make our stay comfortable. Sara at breakfast was particularly good.
