Casa Salento is a wonderful hotel with lovely and helpful staff. The rooms are fine (a bit noisy), and they are cleaned everyday. Also the breakfast was delicious. Shoutout to John and his wife!

The owners were really helpful! They gave tons of information on local activities, provided free rubber boots and poncho to borrow for hiking, and they were always friendly and nice, as were all the staff. Huge bonus that one of the owners speaks English (and I also heard him speaking French). The hotel is really clean and well cared for.
