We spent 4 nights here earlier this week & it was absolutely wonderful! The apartment itself is beautifully renovated & spotlessly clean. The building was previously The Salcombe hotel & is now a small complex of apartments with a shared outdoor heated pool overlooking the water, it was even better than I expected & our daughter loved all of the pool toys etc. The views from the large balcony are simply stunning at all times of day & perfect for people watching. The location is unbeatable, right in town but with allocated open air parking on site which is a huge bonus. The nearest pub is next door to the apartments (didn’t disturb us at all) and the shops start directly opposite. Freya was a super helpful host sending over all of the necessary info prior to our arrival and was very quick to respond via WhatsApp/email when I had a couple of queries & went above and beyond. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone seeking a central base to explore Salcombe & beyond. We would definitely stay again and loved every minute. Top tip- unload your bags at reception before parking up if you packed far too many bags like we did! Thank you for a perfect stay at no28 :)
