Well furnished and equipped. Love a balcony, great views. Can leave the bed down without it getting in the way. Short walk to co-op and pubs/restaurants.

35 The Salcombe is a small apartment with a drop down bed in the entry way as you enter the apartment. The kitchen/lounge/diner is compact but comfortably appointed. It is in a good location with great views out over the estuary. Having a guaranteed parking spot in Salcombe is a great benefit.

It was fine to collect the keys but would be better to collect from the location itself and be able to drop them back without having to go to the office. The apartment was stylish and all equipment clean and new looking. We loved the balcony overlooking the sea.
