The location was good, there was a beautiful garden and the main building had a nice appearance. The staff was very kind and helpful.

The hotel has an appealing Javanese traditional feel with jasmine scent and gamelan music in the lobby, and lots of dark wood furniture. Everything is very well managed and maintained.
