I had a really great stay at this apartment and would definitely recommend it. The owner was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything I needed, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. The apartment itself was very comfortable and had everything I needed for my stay. It felt like a perfect place to relax and enjoy some quiet time on Boa Vista. What stood out most was the hospitality — the owner really made me feel welcome and made sure everything was easy and stress-free from start to finish.

Wagner is a legend! Really kind, friendly and helpful guy, with perfect English (but, also happy to give you a chance to practise your Portuguese!). Always responsive. I extended my stay in the apartment, until it became unavailable - he then helped me find a room in a nearby hotel he manages, with some extra help along the way. Apartment is better located than I'd realised from the map - walkable to everywhere you'd want to go; close to the biggest supermarket in town, as well as the Aluguer station. Everything as per photos and description; except if, like me, you're using an EU plug adaptor. I couldn't find a better deal in town and had to pay significantly more at other properties, after I left. Staying here and meeting Wagner couldn't have set me up better, for the rest of my time on Boa Vista!

Good location and great value for money, so you can’t complain! The host was very kind and helpful. I definitely recommend asking him about the breakfast option at the hotel. He also organized a taxi to pick us up/drop off which worked great.
