Very busy due to inclement weather conditions (heavy snow) with many surrounding facilities closed. The staff did really well to provide basic food and drinks and remained good natured and welcoming. Room basic but comfortable and pleasantly warm. Good breakfast.

Situation excellent for our trip from Sotogrande in Spain to the UK. They welcomed our dogs, and the property was very clean. The young lady at reception when we arrived was very helpful and had a lovely personality. We arrived after 5pm. and she covered reception, the bar, and provided food. She really needed help but her smile was always there.
