Ecrin de Verdure would not suit everybody. We liked it because of the location and the calmness. There are no meals and you self-cater. The area is delightful. Pleasant grounds in the heart of the country. There is a small supermarket half a mile away where you can buy all the provisions you need.

Fantastic place to stay. And the town on the hill, St Susanne, is just great! Everything was super well organised with all needed instructions. The property is beautiful with a garden and walking area. The room is clean, well equipped and comfortable.
