Firstly I always enjoy Franece. However, why is there very few, if any, restaurants open. This seems to be the story whenever I visit France on cycle tours? Regarding the accommodation, which was fine, you may wish to change your Booking.com photo to a picture of the actual building as it took a while to locate it. Then the actual location opposite the famous church with the parachutist would then be a great surprise!

The location is fantastic for exploring the Normandy ww2 sites. Easy parking great food available around the location. Clean and good communication, comfortable with everything you need to spend a few days away from home
