The fine print
This hotel does not have an elevator. According to availability, a room with a kitchen can be reserved for an additional fee of EUR 35 per night. Please note that the reception is open until 20:00. Please note that your room can only be guaranteed until 20:00 on the day of check-in. An arrival after 20:00 must be arranged with the property in advance and is subject to confirmation. Please contact the property by email. Guests will be charged up to 50% of the price of the room for a late arrival. Please note that only dogs are accepted at the property (on request) and cannot be left unnatended in the room. Please note that parking cost 23 EUR from 1st November to the 31st March and 25 EUR from April 1st to the October 31th.Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Location doesnt get better in the heart of Saint Maxime. Rooms and bathroom was very clean - balcony off the bathroom with a sea view . Had onsite parking which was a reason I booked this hotel

Everything about our stay was delightful - excellent garden room, spacious bathroom, very varied choice of breakfast and adjacent secure parking plus quiet position in town. The owner Virginie was very helpful and pleasant.

This is how a boutique hotel has to be. We came in the night, everything was prepared, the owner, Virginie, herself was in charge and gave us a relaxed feeling of being welcome and perfectly prepared. The breakfast in the garden, the sea view and the location in the middle of the old town. Everything fitted. Also the parking space. It was all perfect and without stress. We were with a small puppy dog and also that was handled in a warm and welcome way. Till the next time!
