The friendliness and privacy of the location (just off the motorway) but parking is so private (needed when you have a packed car)

Claire was lovely 😍 She messaged us for arrival time. The room was lovely. Great facilities, fresh coffee machine. Amazing shower. We took our Dobermann and she had her own bed and great outdoor space. We will definitely stay again!
