The fine print
After confirmation, Sonder will reach out to guests through a secure link to gather some information regarding their stay. Sonder may require the guest to provide a photo of their government issued photo ID. Guests will receive check in details from property management three days prior to arrival. Please note the layout, furniture, and decor of your space may vary from these photos. There is no cable. We have provided a Roku for streaming. Air conditioning is only available in the summer months. You may hear construction noise from renovations nearby. Sonder offers all guests the ability to book housekeeping services on demand for a nominal fee. This ensures you can enjoy an uninterrupted and environmentally sustainable stay. Housekeeping services must be scheduled via the Sonder app, 24 hours in advance.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

It was close to Xcel Energy, where we saw some games, and it was a good base from which to start our trips. Using the door codes was convenient, and the room was well-equipped. It was a bit small for four of us, but the two bathrooms were very convenient. The staff were very helpful. Thanks.

This is a great place for a longer stay. I love the reading area in the lobby and the complimentary coffee. The room is cozy and equipped with a round dining table. I booked for 7 nights but had to check out earlier due to an urgent issue. The hotel refunded the unstayed nights without hesitation.

The room was like brand new complete with a kitchenette which included a full size refrigerator, 2 burner cook top, microwave oven, coffee maker, pots n pans and utensils. Huge flat screen TV, fast free WIFI, dining table and a comfy bed. The bathroom was really nice with a shower stall and extra towels n toilet paper. Close walk to Xcel Energy Centre and downtown.
