Breakfast in the room, and a very hearty and full breakfast too. Silence is golden, it is very calm. Apartment very spacious, and all equipment available. Everything very tidy, and host very friendly and welcoming.

This is one of the best places I ever booked via booking.com! Everything was excellent: personal communication beforehand and on location, the room (comfortable beds), the breakfast (served individually with fresh orange juice and delicious bacon and eggs). The room is part of a big house, situated in a small hamlet near St. Paul-en-Chablais, ca. 300 m above Evian-les-bains. The host does most of the work on the house himself. The room has nice wooden furniture. It is very quiet and calm, with a nice view of the Savoyard mountains.

We had a great stay. Everything is new, clean and refurbished but still keeping the original charm of the building. Yannick is very nice, making you feel welcome, providing everything needed and giving great material to find good restaurants and hikes. The overall area is amazing with great hiking spots close as well as lake Geneva. Views from the property on the mountains are amazing. The pool is great to relax and refresh. The breakfast is the cherry on top with a large selection of local food and drinks.
