Breakfast wasn't supplied, but we knew this and took our own. The property was cosy and warm on arrival and the furnishings delightful. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds very comfortable. It was a real bonus having ensuites to every room. The under floor heating in the kitchen and dining room made for a pleasant and cosy start to a cool morning. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we could possibly need. An added bonus was the diverse collection of books in the library. We were also pleased with the safe off road parking.

The property was spotless, had comfortable beds, plenty of space and a fully equipped kitchen. The location was excellent, a very easy short walk into the the gorgeous little town of St Marys.

Fantastic place to stay. We were very pleasantly surprised by the high standard. Beautifully presented, reasonably priced. Warm, cosy, and heaps of room. Highly recommend. We will return.
