The room is ok size when travelling with a small suitcase and staying a couple of days, and there is a good shower and a bath tube in the bathroom. A warm breakfast (scrambled eggs and bacon) was not available each morning but they had enough cold dishes (bread, cheese, ham, crepes and yoghurt).

What a gem! This motel is comfortable enough to use as a base for longer than an overnight stay, and it’s certain to become our go-to motel when travelling through France. From start to finish we enjoyed our stay. A former Campanile motel, but with a spruced-up feel. The receptionists when checking in and out were friendly and helpful; the member of staff serving dinner was excellent … and we enjoyed a three-course meal (iffy wine, though). Breakfast was well above average, and I haven’t had such a good hotel breakfast in a long time. Dog friendly, with plenty of lawned areas within the grounds (and dog bins/bags). It’s located on the edge of town,and we had a good post-dinner walk around the area (a mixture of residential, shops, services and schools). This ISN’T one of those motels isolated amongst industrial buildings and surrounded by heavy traffic - far from it. I
