What a lovely hostess and such a beautiful place! Even though I booked very last minute she was even able to make me a very tasty diner. A lovely surprise after a long day of driving. Thank you so much for the relaxing stay, the tasty dinner and the interesting conversations.

Excellent welcome by the hostess. The property was very clean and everything I needed. Had a space to park my motorcycle. And, the decoration was fascinating. I loved it and would recommend it to anyone who loves art and homes.

A charming ´chambre d’hôte’ in a quiet street of a magnificent medieval village. Besides being a talented mosaic artist, Brigitte is a top hostess who will do her uttermost best to help and guide you through the numerous activities available around St Marcel. One not to be missed is a visit to the local underrated archeological museum (Argentomagus). The delightful nearby city of Argenton is also accessible through a pleasant 30mn walk (don’t miss the roman amphitheater on the way). Its houses along the beautiful Creuse river are definitely worth seeing. A memorable stay!
