The staff, the service and cleanliness were all good. Plenty of helpful information provided by the staff and good recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. Did not have breakfast so unable to rate.

Excellent location right in the middle of the fortified city. Very friendly and welcoming staff offered lots of advice on where to go for a drink, walking routes, etc.
