Travelling with my mother, who is disabled and a wheelchair user. Loved that I was able to book an Accessible room on Booking.com. Sent in a message to confirm we had an accessible room, and a request to be on the ground floor if possible - very quick reply confirming that it had been done. The accessible room opened out onto a little patio overlooking a grassy area, which was lovely as my father was unwell during our stay and was able to sit outside in privacy. Good restaurant behind the hotel. Supermarket relatively close (do not go during their busy hours, they were not accessible or friendly). Front desk staff very friendly. Breakfast was fantastic, including for vegetarians. Good place to stay overnight when waiting for a ferry.

We love this particular hotel in Saint Malo. The location is perfect for the start/end of our road trips to Europe and we love seeing the hotel cat! We received a free upgrade this time around which was perfect after a long drive back from Switzerland!!
